What a credit buys
One credit is one Standard image. Higher qualities cost more per image because they render more pixels.

Example: a planter in 3 colors, 1 scene, for Etsy and Shopify (2 shapes) at High is 3 × 1 × 2 × 2 = 12 credits.

Questions
- Do credits expire?
- A plan's monthly credits end at each renewal, on every plan: unused ones don't carry over. Starter and pack credits never expire, and are spent after the month's.
- Which qualities come with each plan?
- Standard and High on every plan, and with the starter credits. Ultra, the largest size, comes with Pro and Studio.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Its monthly credits end with it. Your renders, starter and pack credits stay.
- Do failed images cost credits?
- You pay when a render starts. If an image fails, retrying it is free.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes. An upgrade starts right away: you pay for the rest of this month, and get the same share of the new plan's extra credits. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
- What if a payment fails?
- Your plan stays while the card is tried again over a few days, and next month's credits arrive once it's paid. Update the card in Billing on your account page.
- What does a video cost?
- 20 credits, whatever its length and colors, charged when it starts. Its still is a free preview. If a video doesn't finish, its credits come back as extra credits that never expire.
